These are just a few words that come to mind, but how can I even begin to describe McKenna & Michael’s day?
The love and pure happiness between these two is contagious.
The sun was shining; the water was blue. The dress was stunning; the outfit change was fabulous. The live band was EVERYTHING; the dance floor was always full. Every floral arrangement and detail was simply beautiful. There was not a dry eye at the entire ceremony when the two of them shared personal vows at the altar.
You never could have guessed that McKenna and Mikey actually had a venue change due to unfortunate circumstances prior to landing at the Beaufort Hotel. When I first talked to McKenna about videography, she was handling the stress well, but a bit distraught that they were having to essentially backtrack to the first step of wedding planning and find a new venue. In retrospect, everyone can agree wholeheartedly that the change was a blessing in disguise. The Beaufort Hotel was the absolute perfect backdrop, and it was so beautiful seeing these two get married right on the water. They live in Wilmington and absolutely love the beach, so the beachy feel of their wedding day was absolutely perfect for them.
I cannot imagine a more perfect way to celebrate M & M! The love between them is absolutely radiant and they have so much love around them, too. I am forever grateful for the way they enjoyed their day, lived in the moment, never wavered from being their 100% selves, and allowed me to capture it all!
